What we develop in people?

Cosmic Intelligence
We unlock and re -wire the brains capacity to become a cosmic thinker – you become the collective vibration so are with access to 'clean' universal intelligence.

Multi dimensional Creation
You access all dimensions of self ( 1st - 5th) and are in the inflow of the creative potential of the fifth dimension - this is beyond the relationship as we know it of 'cause and effect'. This means the emotional body/ 4th dimensional self is healed. This NEW form of creation is simple, easy and all about BLENDING.

Blending
Consciousness has flipped back on itself. It feels like we are expanding we are but not in the way we think. It feels like we are going outwards yet we are actually becoming fuller. This feels like we are continually being stretched yet it is just the move from separation to unity. The process this calls forth in us as individuals is to simply BLEND with all that we see outside of self. The push is just the push to GET out of the ways you live and create through separation.

SEE IT - OWN IT - EMBRACE IT - BLEND IT

Grounding
You fully ground your physical body to this planet as a vortex of creation to experience a reality that matches your dreams. Grounding is key - we transcend all the 'floating' concepts of spirituality to live and function well in the 3 D world.

Neutrality
Because as we move to unity consciousness there will be no polarisation the cause and effect creative relationship we have lived within will no longer work for many new leaders. This has birthed new ways to view and access creation. Neutrality is simply your emotional/physical/mind/energetic systems ability to be neutral - blended with all without any energetic charge - negative or positive. To people, situations, fears, emotions, foods etc. Therefore creation is birthed from a neutral place. This again goes beyond current theories regarding passion and desire. Passion and desire exist within yet they do NOT motivate change. This space of a neutral position is the elixir. When here you know choice is very powerful and serves unity and the whole. The energy of the time supports creation when neutral. It affirms unity consciousness. When neutral we can choose and make decisions from true freedom. When this is where you sit with certainty and security choice takes form as a structure in life.

Evolutionary Leadership
Visionary leadership skills are developed accessing the ability to dance with energy, to be comfortable with NOT KNOWING, at same time valuing your sensing applying self honesty and responsibility.

Maverick thinking
Unorthodox perspectives become the norm, you challenge all mind constructs that we have as a societal system going beyond and including what exists within society. You are though not a REBEL or a SYSTEM BUSTER, the opposite, you fully immerse self in society structures the only difference is you have a free system in the process. You do not reject what exists you play in it and create the new at the same time.

Flex flow energy system
You have the capacity to allow inflow of light and outflow – this is a flex flow state experience with an abundant energy system that inspires others through who you be. This means your expression is not to teach or espouse but is simply one of delight and freedom.

The NEW paradigm
We transcend all spiritual theories that keep us in lack, struggle, healing, arrogance to embrace love, light, darkness, evolution as the whole. We embrace all darkness of masculine, feminine and wounded child. Freedom then is the experience as The Hero's Journey.

Moment to moment living
You embrace living with non attachment and non ownership with certainty and trust. The key to non ownership is to embrace all that you want/have to own. When embraced that in itself creates non ownership inside of who you be.

Impersonal relating
We transcend many of the co- dependent relationship patterns to become inter dependent equals united in partnership, love and energetic equality. We also respect the differences that each gender brings and appreciate that the unification with one another births freedom.

Harmonic choice
Life is about harmony and joy through your being ness – you show up as this with free choice. Your lifestyle is set up in this simplicity and at same time your living your genius and creative passion

GALACTIC - Sarah McIntyre

Because we love creating - it drives us - it fuels us everyday - in all of our lives. We are riveted by words and how we use language.

Galactic is our word for AWESOME. Life at the moment is Galactic!

As we enter this fabulous time it is incredibly exciting to be here. We truly can co create a new momentum in our lives. This is felt as an inspired force. An energy running through our system wanting to make whatever our dreams have been REAL.

How do we make it real? How do you create what floats as a fantasy as a real world experience.

As a multi - dimensional leader you value energy. You know the experience within you will be what you experience outside of you. That means we QUIT all that keeps us away from the experience of doubt and lack inside of who we are. At same time we embrace what our heartfelt desires are. Many of the NEW leaders have this ability to access multiple dimensions. We are conduits we know this. The potential though is vast for us to develop. The possibilities endless as we access cosmic intelligence. We get stuck in our emotional body and rigid thinking at times settled in inertia because we need to SEE it as real. We validate the 3 D reality we all live within. Trust what you know to be true that sometimes cannot be seen. Beyond what we SEE is the ever flowing energy of the creative impulse that unites us all. That calls us into the next frontier of our lives.

We become an inspiration in who we be. We inspire in others free thinking. The capacity to be fully ignited in who we are. This flows between us. We need not even see one another it is what connects us all. With those we share a unique and special synergy we will be "talking" energetically all the time. The energy between us equals is exciting. We are running along the same track. We are running along the multi - dimensional pathway of love, creation and extraordinary living. Now lets make it REAL. What a world when this is all combined as one - creation becomes an explosion of energetic phenomenon.

Our gig now is to embrace this - run to it - jump in - choose life - it is one hell of a rocking time.

With the leaders I work with and know I often say Are you ready to rock n roll? What will we bring to light today? Inside us all is such magic - create the space inside of who you are to see your magnificence and beauty.

I SEE IT.

We are in sync. We truly are ONE!

SITTING ON THE FENCE - Jen Hayes

For those of us on this evolutionary path – it becomes quite apparent that there are many aspects to Self. We are well aware of the ego aspect and it’s fears, wounds and desires and then we are also aware of our True Nature or authentic self. We know these two exist within us and are polarities of self.

But what about the Self that is aware of, recognises and witnesses the ego and the true self? What about the part of us that is aware, (even slightly – like a niggle) that we are not following our true self or that knows we are playing out ego and making our decisions based on fear and wounds? What is that part?

This part of self is the YOU that decides and CHOOSES what to align to. After all an ego or fear based choice can be an entirely different one to that of our true self - therefore affecting the reality we experience.

Simply put, awareness of ego and True Self is not enough – you will still experience oscillation as a choice inside of self has not been made - at some point we need to uncover this choosing aspect of self - for without this being awakened we do NOT experience freedom nor do we feel there is possibility to move forward into new experiences. We sit on the fence.

Maybe we fear this choosing self as it may mean making hard-core decisions and taking real life action. Maybe by choosing to align to true self and following our hearts we at some level know this means quitting certain thing in life – it might mean making difficult and confronting choices that take enormous courage. Maybe we think it is easier to sit on the fence?

Unfortunately, the harsh reality is that whilst we sit on the fence we do not experience anything different, we remain unfulfilled and trapped – freedom is simply not possible.

THE HAT THAT FITS - by Jen Hayes

With the evolution and re-wiring into The New Human 2.0™ we are being called to align to our true nature and the blue print of our gig here on the planet. As we evolve and align we begin to clarify, simplify and refine what that gig is.

We may be masterful, skilled and capable in many areas – perhaps we wear many hats, we are the teacher, the speaker, the coach, the cook, the bookkeeper, the mother – for many of us we live doing it all – I believe as we integrate all the fragments of ourselves we feel the urge to simplify our lives and realise our one hat.

There is one skill or talent that is bigger and brighter than the rest- our one hat is the hat that we wear even without realising we are wearing it. It is the hat we can, not NOT wear.

I always thought my hat was that of a teacher – I have come to realise that although I have always found myself in teaching roles my real passion is the exploration of human capacity and potential in relationship to universal energy. For example with my three girls I have explored and found new solutions for their education, behavioural patterns and energy illness that was not seen in the world at the time.

This is what lights me up – this is the passion I share with Sarah and Michelle and we share this as energetic exchange, intense and creative dialogue and valuing our abilities to access universal intelligence. We are explorers of energy and futuristic visionaries – we are like mavericks of human development. This passion is what we share and is expressed uniquely through each of us. The vibration of this is what fuels our personal and collective evolution and propels our work into new frontiers.

When we become aligned to our true nature, we have many fragments of self fully integrated and get to see what our hat really is. There fore you do not need to distinguish your life purpose. You don’t need more identities. You have a global/macro frame that is what you live by. For example for me this is to live aligned to my true nature and universal energy. I have found this choice as key in me seeing my one hat. As a result inside of me my PASSION was uncovered. This looks like a un- interrupted stream of source energy moving through my life system in one continuous direction. Therefore I no longer oscillate with what am I here for, why am I floating, why is it not working, why does my life feel like ground hog day no matter how hard I try to change myself?

Therefore I live with the big question answered. I recognise my true hat and validate it. I do it everyday and love it so I feel ignited and we co create new solutions. I know when I get stuck it is another opportunity for expansion as Einstein said “You can never solve a problem on the level on which it was created.”

I now trust a creative surge follows the inertia and a bigger frame is set within me plus more of a unified vibration. I also am a mother and parent 3 girls, work as a yoga teacher and coach and hang out enjoying all of my relationships and family.

We no longer give our energy to what does not fit for us we learn discernment and have permission to quit. Our energy is now committed, moving and funneled in one direction. This is a capacity you develop within you. It is the simultaneous ability to align to what is true, quit thoughts/beliefs/relationships/jobs that do not fit and at same time allow a higher solution/vibration to birth itself through you. If you want expansion and to move up towards gain it comes with an ability to let go of the old and embrace the lack. This is where most of us get stuck. We receive the call to move forward. We think we can control when and how. We then manage the change. We then affirm the lack. The solution then gets lost in our minds and our heart is not activated so the creative impulse stays dormant inside of us. This swirls around as discomfort, anxiety and unfulfilment. When you choose to align to this bigger capacity within you at this level, the universe arranges life around you to meet this new vibration – you are 100% supported in every way.

More and more human beings have this capacity tagged inside of us we simply need to choose to live by it. This means we are out of control yet fully in trust. Without the letting go the new cannot arise - this takes courage to live this way.

We begin to build structures in the world from a platform of gain and passion where we all live wearing our unique hats, aligned to our true natures.
